Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a Founding Deployment Strategist to work directly with customers to deploy, adopt, and scale our product. This role spans implementation, customer success, technical problem-solving, and product strategy, serving as the bridge between customers and engineering.

As an early team member, you’ll own deployments, build playbooks, and shape processes at scale. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership, travel to customer sites as needed, and help define

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, Deployment, or a similar function.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand systems, workflows, APIs, data, and integrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ workflows, processes, systems, and data.
• Design and execute deployment strategies tailored to each customer’s environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering to configure and integrate the product with existing systems.
• Own the customer relationship through deployment and adoption processes.
• Define and improve deployment processes, playbooks, and best practices.
