Job summary

Frontdesk is building AI workers that run customer operations across voice, text, email, and chat. This founding role will own the most challenging enterprise deployments, directly collaborating with customers to understand their workflows and craft the integrations and tooling needed to deploy live in production.

You may travel onsite, work across channels and data sources, and partner with the founders and engineering team to shape future product and deployment playbooks for scalable

Responsibilities

• Own our largest and most technically difficult enterprise deployments.
• Work directly with customers to understand how their businesses operate.
• Build integrations, workflows, internal tooling, and product capabilities to get them live.
• Travel onsite when being in the room helps solve the problem faster.
• Work across voice, SMS, email, chat, APIs, data, LLMs, and workflow orchestration.
• Debug deployments and issues even when the problem sits outside Frontdesk.
• Identify patterns across customers and turn one-off solutions into scalable product.
• Collaborate with founders and engineering on what Frontdesk should build next.
