Sennovate Inc. is seeking a Founding Account Executive to build the sales function from the ground up for its managed security operations. This remote role targets US mid‑market CISOs with ownership of the full sales motion.

Expect a base around $110K+ with OTE near $250K, uncapped commissions, and equity tailored to value brought. You’ll hunt, discover, and close while partnering with the security engineering team to shape POVs.

Qualifications

• Real cybersecurity sales experience and CISO-level dialogue.
• Proven cold-hunting ability in cybersecurity.
• Closed full-cycle ARR deals in the $50K-$200K range.
• Founding-AE mindset with ownership and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline from zero in mid-market.
• Sell managed SOC, MDR, identity, and AI security services to CISOs.
• Close net-new ARR deals in the $50K-$200K range.
• Develop repeatable sales motion across verticals.
• Partner with the technical team on discovery and POVs.
