• Understanding project finance and investor risk assessment.
• Experience bridging strategy with product and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead offtake & power purchase agreement strategy from negotiations to term sheets.
• Shape GTM strategy, originate and close deals with stakeholders.
• Standardize project diligence templates and data rooms.
• Bridge commercial needs with product management to de-risk transactions.
• Be a founding operator, able to handle strategy and hands-on tasks.
