Job summary

Crux, the capital platform for the clean economy, is seeking a founding commercial lead to launch and scale its subscription intelligence business in the US market. You will own the go-to-market, build relationships across energy, trading, and institutional investors, and shape pricing, packaging, and strategy.

Join a remote-first team building market intelligence products from scratch, reporting to Market Intelligence leadership, with deep collaboration across analysts and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business development or sales experience selling research, data, or information services to corporate, trading, or institutional investor customers; energy/commodities is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build new revenue lines; launched or grown products.
• Consultative, credibility-first sales style; comfortable with trading desks/PMs.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the full-cycle sales motion for subscription research and custom reports.
• Segment and prioritize markets: energy companies, trading desks, institutional investors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key prospects and clients.
• Design pricing, packaging, and tiering for scalable subscriptions.
• Translate client feedback into product direction with analysts.
