Rockstar is seeking a Sr. Associate, Commercial Strategy in a hybrid role based in Seattle, LA, or SF. The candidate will drive origination and negotiation of tax credit transactions, while shaping BD strategy and partnerships with buyers and sellers.

Ideal candidates have 4-5+ years in fast-paced environments and exceptional enterprise communication skills, with a passion for building scalable sales processes and strategic growth in clean energy finance.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in fast-paced environments such as investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a fast-growing startup.
• Excellence in communication at enterprise, executive-level counterparies.

Responsibilities

• Originating and managing relationships with tax credit buyers and sellers
• Origination: manage top-of-funnel outreach, research target list, and develop data-driven campaigns
• Negotiation: lead conversations with buyers and sellers and manage follow-ups
• Partnership: serve as a trusted, consultative partner for technical and strategic questions
• Developing the company's business and sales processes: create efficient sales processes, develop sales materials, demonstrate ownership in BD tasks
