Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a Founding Business/GTM Recruiter to build the recruiting approach across Deployments, Marketing, GTM, Finance and Operations. You will own full-cycle recruiting and manage a busy portfolio of roles while partnering with hiring managers to implement interview playbooks.

The role is on-site in San Francisco, requiring US work authorization and a track record of closing top talent in competitive SaaS/AI markets.

Qualifications

• Four to eight years of business, GTM, or founding recruiter experience in startups or tech.
• Experience hiring across business or GTM roles, plus any technical recruiting background.
• Track record of engaging and closing talent in competitive SaaS/AI markets while managing six+ concurrent roles.
• Career progression with 1–2 years in most roles.

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI company serving the logistics sector as its Founding Business/GTM Recruiter. You will build the recruiting approach for business teams and help scale Deployments, Marketing, GTM, Finance, and Operations.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across Deployments, Marketing, GTM, and G&A, including Finance and Operations.
• Manage a busy portfolio of open roles and spend about half your week speaking with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to create interview playbooks and run a consistent, high-signal process.
• Directly source for priority openings while coordinating with dedicated sourcers and agency partners.
• Build recruiting processes, tools, and talent brand in partnership with talent leadership and company executives.

What We're Looking For

• Four to eight years of business, GTM, or founding recruiter experience, including full-cycle recruiting in a startup or established technology company.
• Experience hiring across business or GTM roles, alongside any technical recruiting background.
• A track record of engaging and closing talent in competitive SaaS or AI markets, while managing six or more concurrent roles.
• Consistent career progression and a history of seeing work through, typically spending at least one to two years in each role.
• A degree and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and sourcing or workflow tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $145,000 to $210,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
