Job summary

F1servicecentre, an AI startup, seeks a recruiter who will be the second talent hire. You will work directly with the Head of Talent and the founders to shape GTM hiring, starting with recruiting ops and then owning searches end to end.

You will run full-cycle searches for multiple roles, map markets, source passive candidates, and craft targeted outreach to win top talent. This is an on-site role in San Francisco, with relocation options.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth company.
• Proven outbound sourcing and pipeline-building from scratch.
• Willing to relocate or work on-site in San Francisco five days a week.

Our client is an AI startup founded in 2025. It builds AI agents that run procurement on their own for large companies selling physical goods. The company is backed by top-tier VCs and well-known angel investors and already serves Fortune 500 customers. The team is about 16 people.

About the role

You will be the second talent hire. You will work directly with the Head of Talent and the founders. At first you will focus on GTM hiring, including founding Account Executives. You will start with recruiting ops and process work, then own searches end to end.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle searches for many open roles at the same time
• Map markets, source passive candidates and write targeted, creative outreach
• Sell the company to top talent and win against competing offers
• Help build the interview process, the candidate experience and the recruiting systems
• Work as a true partner to the founders and the Head of Sales on GTM hiring

What we are looking for

• 3-8 years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth company with a high talent bar
• A strong record of outbound sourcing and building pipelines from scratch
• Ready to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days a week, or to relocate

Nice to have

• Early GTM recruiting experience (AEs, SDRs, sales leaders)
• Experience at an early-stage startup
