Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for engineering, ML, and infrastructure roles in an early-stage AI company. You will partner with technical leaders to scale a recruiting function that grows with the organization.

You’ll build outbound messaging, improve interview processes, and manage pipelines while closing top talent in a competitive market. This role is on-site in San Francisco, CA, with a base salary range and visa sponsorship not

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting.
• 2+ years recruiting for software, ML, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience recruiting at a growing, early-stage, or high-growth startup.
• Ability to create outbound messaging and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience building or improving recruiting processes, resources, or infrastructure.

About the Role

Join an early recruiting team at a growing AI and machine learning company. You will lead full-cycle hiring for engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure roles, partnering closely with technical leaders to help build a recruiting function that can scale with the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Own technical recruiting from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.
• Partner with engineering leaders and executives to understand hiring needs, team goals, and candidate profiles.
• Build and improve interview processes, recruiting resources, and sourcing strategies.
• Find and engage prospective candidates through research, direct outreach, referrals, and community building.
• Understand candidate motivations and guide candidates through a thoughtful, effective recruiting experience.
• Manage pipelines and track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and hiring pace to inform decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including 2 or more years recruiting for software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience recruiting at a growing, early-stage, or high-growth startup, ideally in a competitive AI and machine learning talent market.
• Ability to create compelling outbound messaging and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience building or improving recruiting processes, resources, or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ashby.
• Consistent experience in full-time recruiting roles, with a track record of sustained tenure.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $215,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
