Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a results-driven recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for a rapidly growing applied AI company in San Francisco. You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and candidate close, partnering with executive leaders to build high-impact teams.

The role focuses on finance, consulting, private equity, operations, founder and go-to-market talent pipelines, with a strong emphasis on structured processes, scorecards, and metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting with agency and in-house experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle searches at high-growth startups (Series A/B).
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines across finance, consulting, private equity, operations, founder, or go-to-market.
• Strong communication with senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.

About the Role

Join the business and operations recruiting team at an applied AI company, driving full-cycle hiring during a period of rapid growth. You will partner with recruiting and executive leaders to build strong teams across strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market functions.

What You’ll Do

• Own recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and candidate close.

• Build proactive talent pipelines from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology backgrounds.

• Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.

• Improve recruiting systems, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with experience in both agency and in-house environments and a record of closing strong candidates.

• Experience owning full-cycle searches at a high-growth startup, ideally at Series A or Series B stage.

• Experience building pipelines for finance, consulting, private equity, operations, founder, or go-to-market talent.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary: $150,000 to $225,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site five days per week in San Francisco, California.
