True Talent Solutions Partners is recruiting for an on-site Senior Technical Recruiter in San Francisco, CA. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, ML, and infrastructure, partnering with leaders to scale the technical organization.

You’ll build recruiting processes, improve interview workflows, and actively engage passive candidates to drive growth. This role reports to the recruiting team and requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years hiring for software engineering, ML, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience at growing startups / high-growth environments.
• Track record of outbound candidate generation in AI/ML markets.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and resources.

About the Role

Join the recruiting team at an early-stage AI and machine learning startup, where you will help shape and scale the technical organization. You will partner closely with technical leaders and executives to recruit across engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure, while building recruiting practices that support the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.
• Work with technical leaders to understand hiring needs, team goals, and the profiles required for each role.
• Develop and improve interview processes, sourcing strategies, and other recruiting resources as the team grows.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through research, thoughtful outreach, referrals, and community building.
• Understand candidate motivations and decision factors, and guide candidates through a clear, engaging hiring experience.
• Manage pipelines carefully and use funnel metrics, conversion rates, and hiring pace to inform decisions and keep stakeholders updated.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including 2 or more years hiring for software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience recruiting at a growing startup, ideally in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
• A track record of generating candidate interest through compelling outbound positioning, including in competitive AI and machine learning markets.
• Experience contributing to recruiting processes, infrastructure, or resources, and managing searches from sourcing through close.
• Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ashby.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range is $150,000 to $215,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
