Job summary

Coperniq is hiring a Founding Business Development Representative to help build Coperniq’s outbound sales motion from a remote location in the United States. You will create qualified opportunities, identify decision-makers, and craft messages that resonate with potential customers.

You'll work directly with the founders and sales team, advance to an Account Executive as you prove performance, and help shape the outbound playbook for future BDRs while earning equity and a strong compensation

Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify owners, executives, and other key decision-makers.
• Create and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Book and attend qualified sales meetings.
• Understand customer pain, priorities, timing, and buying intent.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity data, and next steps.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Work with the founders and sales team to improve targeting, messaging, sequences, and outbound strategy.
• Test new approaches and help build the outbound playbook for future BDRs.
