Job summary

Lavendo partners with startups to hire top-tier sales talent for one of our AI-infra clients. This Founding BDR role is on-site in San Francisco, reporting to GTM leadership.

You will own outbound prospecting from day one and shape the early outbound playbook as the company builds its GTM engine. You bring 3+ years of full-time outbound B2B sales at early-stage startups, with a track record selling to technically minded buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B sales at early-stage startups.
• Ability to sell technical products to engineering buyers.
• Comfort working in a high-ownership, low-process environment.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of outbound prospecting — target 8+ qualified meetings per week.
• Run 80+ daily touches via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Book first meetings with CTOs and engineering leads at AI-native firms.
