Job summary

Aurasell AI is building the world's first AI-native CRM platform and is seeking founding Forward Deployed Engineers to join the GTM team. As a Founding Member you will work directly with founders and top Account Executives to win deals and enable customers across the lifecycle.

You will own strategic partnership activities, provide technical guidance during implementations, and help shape product direction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a technical sales or consultant role (e.g., FDE, SE, CSM).
• Self-starter with a proven history of hitting or exceeding goals.
• Enthusiasm for building and applying skills related to AI.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic partnerships with AEs, including demonstrations and requirement gathering.
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation, troubleshooting, and adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to align capabilities with customer needs.
• Help define and own the founding GTM analytics and internal enablement processes.
