Job summary

Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company is seeking a founding security lead to own security posture and credibility. You will shape a standardized approach to AI agent security, working with CISOs at major enterprises and leading security governance across our product AIUC-1.

You will engage with clients, partners, and industry groups to define security expectations, policies, and incident response. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on leadership in a rapidly evolving AI

Qualifications

• Extensive security leadership in SaaS/AI with cross-functional ownership.
• Experience evaluating AI vendor security in large enterprises.
• Fluency across core technical stack and security disciplines.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex security topics to executives and engineers.
• Passion for AI-specific security risks and industry-wide standard setting.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve AIUC-1's security requirements as the threat landscape changes (prompt injection, adversarial attacks, jailbreaks, MCP and A2A risks).
• Be AIUC's external security voice through client conversations, consortium sessions, and thought leadership.
• Build and manage core security infrastructure; develop and enforce policies and incident response across the org.
• Serve as the practitioner's lens on how enterprises assess AI vendor security today.
• Handle enterprise client security and collaborate with the commercial team.
