Finance of America seeks a senior AI security leader to own the AI Security and Safeguards program, drive strategy, and perform red-teaming and security testing of AI systems. You will lead a small team, inventory AI assets, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires experience securing AI in production, governance knowledge, and strong communication with executives and auditors, in a fast-moving financial services environment.

Competenze

• Experience in information security, risk management, or security operations.
• 3+ years focused on AI or machine learning security and data security.
• Experience building or scaling a security program and leading teams.
• Knowledge of US financial services cybersecurity regulations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Owns strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI Security and Safeguards program.
• Performs AI security testing, red teaming, and guardrail validation.
• Leads a small team and collaborates with risk, legal, and compliance units.
• Designs safeguards against AI-specific threats and integrates with governance.
• Reports metrics on AI risk posture to senior leadership and board.
