Job summary

AIUC, the Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company, seeks a founding security lead to own security at a business built on trust. You will shape security requirements for AIUC-1, interact with Fortune 500 CISOs, and drive a world-class security posture and incident response program.

You will articulate enterprise security standards, write the playbook, and align security with commercial objectives while guiding the industry toward a new standard in AI vendor security.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in security with ownership spanning strategic, technical and operational work.
• Experience communicating complex security topics to executives and CISOs.
• Proven ability to shape security playbooks and standards for an AI-focused org.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve security requirements as the agentic threat landscape changes.
• Be the external security voice in client conversations and industry forums.
• Build and enforce core security policies and incident response across the organization.
• Provide a practitioner's lens on how enterprises assess AI vendor security today.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on enterprise client security needs.
