Job summary

AIUC is hiring its first security lead to own security across product, evaluation platform, and internal systems. You will drive agent security, establish a secure development baseline, and align security with business priorities while engaging with founders and a growing CISO consortium.

This role demands decisiveness, clear risk tradeoffs, and the ability to make the secure path the fastest path. You will influence enterprise security standards and shape product strategy in a frontier AI

Qualifications

• Engineer mindset with hands-on production systems experience.
• Strong cloud security; IAM, SSO, KMS, and secrets management.
• Experience building agent harnesses, containment, and sandboxing.
• Able to align security outcomes with business goals and stakeholders.
• Experience with detection, logging, and incident response.
• Proficiency in writing Infrastructure as Code and automating controls.

Responsibilities

• Make sure our product is secure as it reaches more and more enterprise customers.
• Build the secure foundation for running agents: sandboxing, agent credential access, and core development.
• Own security across the company: network, vendors, access, data, and customer security reviews.
• Get ahead of the risks we don’t have yet, as new products and attack classes emerge.
• Respond to incidents fast, and fix problems before they become incidents.
• Feed what you learn back into AIUC-1, and share it with our CISO consortium through sessions and published work.
