Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Director of Admissions and Enrollment to grow Bay Area campus enrollment. You will own the end-to-end admissions journey, build local partnerships, and personally lead tours and events for high-net-worth families.

This is a fully on-site role with relocation within 60 days to Palo Alto or San Rafael, CA. You will manage multiple high-touch relationships, use AI tools to enhance outreach, and report weekly on pipeline health while defending Alpha’s model to skeptical

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium client-facing roles where a buyer was the customer at $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month.

Responsibilities

• Generate own qualified family demand through preschool and feeder-school relationships, partnerships, events, and referrals.
• Own end-to-end admissions journey: inquiry, needs assessment, tour, shadow day, enrollment decision, onboarding.
• Lead tours, open houses, and information sessions for analytical, skeptical parents.
• Maintain 7+ active family relationships at different stages with tracked status in CRM/SIS.
• Report weekly on pipeline health and adapt the admissions playbook.
