Job summary

Alpha is hiring a founding Associate Director of Admissions to grow enrollment at a Bay Area campus. You will generate demand, manage preschool and feeder-school relationships, and own the end-to-end admissions journey on-site in Palo Alto or San Rafael.

You will lead tours, information sessions, and local events, defend an AI-powered learning model to skeptical parents, and build a multi-week, multi-touch relationship pipeline with weekly pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience leading in-person tours, meetings, or hosted experiences for high-net-worth clients.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in client-facing workflow (preparation, outreach, summaries).

Responsibilities

• Generate own qualified family demand through preschool and feeder-school relationships, partnerships, events.
• Own end-to-end admissions journey: inquiry, needs assessment, tour, shadow day, enrollment, onboarding.
• Lead tours, open houses, and information sessions defending an AI-powered learning model.
• Maintain 7+ active family relationships with tracked status and next actions.
• Report weekly on pipeline health and rewrite local admissions playbook and SOPs.
