Job summary

Alpha is seeking a proactive Associate Director of Admissions to drive enrollment for a Bay Area campus. You will cultivate relationships with families, preschools, and feeder schools, guiding them through needs assessment, tours, offers, and onboarding.

Role requires hands-on senior-level communication with high-net-worth families, and a track record of delivering growth in a premium education setting. On-site, full-time in Palo Alto or San Rafael, CA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium client-facing roles where the buyer paid $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month.
• Ownership of end-to-end client/admissions journey: application, needs assessment, offer, decision, onboarding.
• Use of AI tools in a client-facing workflow for prep, outreach, summaries, or follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own qualified family demand through preschools, feeder schools, partnerships, events, and referrals.
• Own every stage of the admissions process from inquiry to onboarding.
• Lead tours, info sessions, and presentations to analytical, skeptical parents.
