The role requires building deep relationships with agency owners, producers, and operations leaders, running discovery, demos, and close plans to drive submissions and retained revenue.

Qualifications

• Excellent listener, direct communicator, and disciplined closer
• Able to sell a new operating model, not just a feature list
• Commercial insurance or vertical SaaS experience is valuable, but closing ability matters most

Responsibilities

• Run discovery, demonstrations, commercial conversations, and close plans with insurance agencies
• Build multithreaded relationships with agency owners, producers, and operations leaders
• Convert opportunities into submissions, bound premium, and retained revenue
• Maintain rigorous pipeline, forecast, and next-step discipline
• Coordinate with brokers, underwriting, markets, and product to solve obstacles quickly
• Turn early wins into expansion, referenceability, and a repeatable sales playbook
