Job summary

Nace AI, based in Palo Alto, CA, is hiring its first Account Executive focused on NDI (Nace Data Intelligence). You will own the commercial motion, convert inbound interest into paying accounts, and build the sales playbook as a founding member of the sales team.

You’ll sell a technical product to technical buyers, shape positioning and pricing, and collaborate closely with the CEO. This is a founding role at an early-stage AI company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years closing as an Account Executive.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for NDI, from qualification to close for inbound leads and early customers.
• Partner with the CEO on deal strategy, pricing, and GTM priorities.
• Build outbound motion and refine ICP with target segments.
• Run technical demos and coordinate proofs-of-concept with the engineering team.
• Own the CRM, forecast pipeline, and report on health and conversion.
• Develop the NDI sales playbook for scalable ramping of future hires.
• Manage handoff from closed deal to onboarding and drive expansion with customers.
• Represent Nace AI at industry events and customer meetings.
