Job summary

Qualifications

• Around one year of B2B sales or comparable experience.
• Evidence of prospecting, qualifying opportunities, or progressing deals.
• Clear writing, active listening, and the ability to explain a complex idea simply.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn.
• CRM discipline and organized follow-through.
• Availability to work onsite in Dallas, Monday–Friday.
• Degree not required; prior AI sales experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and build pipeline through thoughtful email, calls, and networks.
• Run discovery to understand the operational problem, business value, stakeholders, buying process.
• Explain private AI clearly without unsupported technical claims.
• Work with engineers on demonstrations, pilot scope, and proposals.
• Own follow-up, CRM records, and deal progression; partner with leadership on negotiations.
• Help shape our commercial playbook with customer feedback.
