Job summary

Nebius is hiring an Account Executive to drive Digital Native sales of AI-native GPU infrastructure across ISVs, gaming, and digital-native customers. You will manage multi-year commitments, lead technical evaluations, and coordinate with NVIDIA ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, cloud compute, or enterprise platforms.
• Proven success closing complex infrastructure or platform deals within digital native, ISV, or gaming accounts.
• Strong understanding of consumption-based commercial models and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Deep technical understanding of GPUs and AI/ML workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across named accounts.
• Drive GPU adoption by translating Nebius's NVIDIA-based platform into use cases.
• Sell to founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other technical buyers.
• Coordinate with partners (NVIDIA, ISVs, SIs) to run co-sell motions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast predictable quota attainment.
• Land and expand across AI training, inference, and production workloads.

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of AI model and tooling trends.
