CodeNinja is hiring an Account Executive to join our Dallas revenue team. You will work onsite Monday-Friday, collaborating with commercial leadership and technical colleagues to turn customer problems into qualified opportunities and paid engagements.

Around one year of B2B sales experience is expected, with strong prospecting, discovery, and CRM discipline. You will explain AI concepts clearly, coordinate demonstrations, and help shape our sales playbook while building a credible pipeline.

Qualifications

• Around one year of B2B sales, or comparable customer-facing commercial experience.
• Evidence of prospecting, qualifying opportunities, or progressing deals with examples.

Responsabilités

• Research target accounts and build pipeline through email, calls, networks, and local events.
• Run discovery to understand problems, value, stakeholders, buying process, and deployment constraints.
• Explain private AI clearly without unsupported technical claims.
• Collaborate with engineers on demonstrations, pilot scope, and proposals.
• Own follow-up, CRM records, and deal progression; partner with leadership on negotiations.
• Contribute to shaping the commercial playbook with customer feedback.
