Ace Marketing Services, Inc. in Winter Park, Florida is seeking an Executive & Personal Assistant to the Founder to protect his time, organize moving pieces, and ensure follow‑through with discretion.

You will work alongside Enzo, the AI executive assistant, while the human assistant owns judgment and real‑world execution. This is a full‑time, in‑person role five days per week, with a compensation range of $75,000–$95,000 and no bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong calendar, travel, event, vendor, and personal‑logistics judgment.
• Excellent short‑form writing and the ability to turn a messy situation into a clear recommendation, owner, deadline, and next action.
• High discretion and secure handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Protect and maintain Carson’s calendar and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, reservations, itineraries, and logistics from request through confirmation.
• Prepare concise daily and meeting materials from approved sources and ensure accuracy of links, times, names, and logistics.
• Track commitments and follow-ups with verified outcomes.
• Organise and triage approved business and personal email access and draft replies as needed.
• Keep confidential executive materials organized in approved systems.
