You will own operating rhythm, dashboards, cross-functional projects, and internal communications, ensuring alignment across Product, Operations, GTM, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in top-tier consulting, IB, or PE with operating time in a high-growth tech setting.
• Proven ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps.
• On-site, New York-based, with high ownership and low ego.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders to align vision with actionable roadmaps.
• Design and enforce operating rhythm with quarterly planning and KPI tracking.
• Own high-stakes strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Manage internal communications and executive dashboards.
