Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a high-accountability role with owned outcomes.
• Experience bridging finance, operations, and strategy across multiple entities.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and use of tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Triage priorities, prep the founder, and own follow-through to close commitments.
• Lead cross-portfolio workstreams across investment platform, venture studio, and family entities.
• Coordinate financial, operational, compliance and reporting cadences; manage external providers.
• Support incubated companies with fundraising prep, investor outreach, hiring, and ops scaffolding.
• Run family-office tasks with estate, tax, and trust structures; handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Prepare governance materials, agendas, and track action items across companies.
• Build AI-native workflows for research, outreach, drafting, summarization and operations.
• Take on ad hoc projects for the founder, from research to process development.
