Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Chief of Staff or strategic operations roles
• AI-native approach with automation of workflows
• Proven ability to drive ambiguous initiatives to completion
• Strong systems thinking and process design capability
• Exceptional project management across multiple streams

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into sequenced plans with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics
• Own end-to-end execution of founder-level projects and organizational initiatives
• Maintain focus across founder’s priorities; identify conflicts, dependencies, and risks
• Prepare executive materials (strategy briefs, memos, roadmaps) for alignment and decisions
• Design hiring systems to support 25–30+ growth and onboarding processes
