Qualificações

• 2+ years in investment banking or private equity.
• 3+ years in strategic finance at a high-growth startup.
• AI-native approach to finance workflows.
• Experience with enterprise sales environments and growth models.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating model across revenue, opex, burn, and capacity planning.
• Run quarterly metrics reporting and live dashboards for ARR, pipeline, burn, and sales productivity.
• Shape pricing frameworks and unit economics for an enterprise model with rigorous trade-offs.
• Partner with GTM leadership on sales capacity, pipeline health, and growth strategy.
• Own board materials and fundraising financials for decision-ready presentations.
• Lead monthly close and manage the finance tech stack to scale with the function.
