Job summary

Growthub Agency is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder. You will observe daily workflows, document repeatable actions, and build clear SOPs, checklists, and templates. The role focuses on automations and AI-powered workflows to streamline operations and free up strategic time.

You will own the Founder’s operations, coordinate with a part-time assistant, and be available during US Eastern Time business hours as a full-time, on-site team member.

Qualifications

• Project management background: 2+ years running projects, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Agency experience in a creative, marketing or advertising setting, with understanding of deadlines and production workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English, professional and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the Founder to map daily tasks and routines and create SOPs, checklists, and templates.
• Develop automations and AI workflows to reduce manual steps across tools (PM, docs, Slack, email, CRM).
• Handle calendar, meetings, notes, action items, and cross-team handoffs to keep priorities on track.
