Job summary

Growthub is a creative agency that handles high-performing paid ad creatives and operates fully in-house. You will shadow the Founder daily, turning recurring work into documented processes and AI-powered workflows, including SOPs, checklists, and templates for the team.

The role requires 2+ years of project management experience with multiple stakeholders, agency background, and hands-on use of AI tools. This is a full-time position aligned with ET business hours in the United States.
