The role requires 2+ years of project management experience with multiple stakeholders, agency background, and hands-on use of AI tools. This is a full-time position aligned with ET business hours in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Shadow the Founder's daily work and write up SOPs, checklists, and templates for the team.
• Build automations and design AI workflows for research, briefs, summaries, and reporting.
• Track priorities, prepare meeting agendas, manage the calendar, and coordinate with the part-time assistant.
