You will support both personal and professional priorities, gaining a front‑row seat to building a category‑defining AI company. The role requires exceptional organization, dependability, and the ability to work alongside experienced founders in a fast‑moving startup, five days a week in

Formación

• 3–7 years supporting senior leaders or operating in high‑performance environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional judgment.
• High ownership, reliability and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex calendar management across two cofounders.
• Coordinate travel, expenses, appointments, and day‑to‑day logistics.
• Manage executive inboxes, draft communications and follow‑ups.
• Organize founder dinners, events and high‑impact moments.
• Anticipate needs and reduce operational friction for founders.
• Improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks with AI tools.
• Assist with other operational endeavors in a high‑growth startup.
