Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a hands-on operator to join the founding team in San Francisco. The role spans product, growth, operations, and partnerships, helping improve candidate experiences and scalable connections between talent and startups.

You will lead priority projects, refine operational workflows, and support GTM efforts while switching across operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator.
• Hands-on operations experience beyond a primarily technical or product-management background.
• Ability to work independently across operational, strategic, recruiting, and project work in a fast-moving startup environment.

About the Role

Join the founding team of an early-stage AI-powered recruiting and talent-matching startup. This hands-on operator role spans product, growth, operations, and partnerships, helping the team improve candidate experiences and build scalable ways to connect talent with startups.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California. Candidates must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate for an in-person team and hacker-house setup.
