Wwshemi, a California-based, early-stage AI recruiting startup in San Francisco, is seeking a versatile operator to support the founding team on strategic projects spanning operations, growth, and talent workflows. This role helps improve the processes that support the business as it scales.

You will analyze data and build spreadsheet models or reports to inform decisions, document workflows, and manage multiple initiatives with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment that rewards

About the Role

Support the founding team at an early-stage AI recruiting startup on strategic projects across operations, growth, and talent workflows. This role helps improve the processes that support the business as it grows.

What You'll Do

• Support strategic projects spanning business operations, growth, and talent workflows.
• Analyze data and build spreadsheet models or reports to inform business decisions.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for document creation and collaboration.
• Experience in a startup, scale-up, or similarly fast-paced setting.
• Experience with recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, CRM, ATS, or recruiting software is helpful.
• Exposure to AI tools or AI-driven business models is helpful.
