Job summary

Conductor Power is seeking a Foundations General Foreman to lead foundation construction across project areas, coordinating crews, foremen, and resources to meet safety and quality standards. You’ll ensure plans are followed and work progresses on schedule.

You will supervise field crews, read drawings, plan daily priorities, and resolve site issues while travel to various project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction, foundation construction, concrete, excavation, pile driving, or related field operations.
• 2+ years of experience in a Foreman or comparable field leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating multiple crews and/or Foremen.
• Strong knowledge of foundation construction including excavation, pile driving, rebar, formwork, concrete placement and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and layout plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites (100%).
• OSHA 10 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to multiple foundation crews and Foremen.
• Coordinate laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors across assigned work areas.
• Support Foremen with planning, problem-solving, and resolution of field issues.
• Establish clear daily priorities and expectations to keep crews productive and aligned with the project schedule.
• Monitor crew performance and provide direction when productivity or execution falls below expectations.
• Oversee foundation construction activities including ground prep, trenching, rebar, formwork, concrete placement and finishing.
