Job summary

Conductor Power seeks a Foundations General Foreman to lead foundation construction activities across project areas and coordinate multiple crews and Foremen. You will ensure safety, schedule, and quality per project plans, while serving as a bridge between field teams and project leadership.

This role requires extensive travel to project sites nationwide, with a focus on coordinating ground prep, trenching, pile driving, rebar, formwork, and concrete placement, all while maintaining quality and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in civil/construction related field operations.
• 2+ years in a Foreman or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple crews/foremen.
• Strong knowledge of foundation construction (excavation, pile driving, rebar, formwork, concrete).
• Ability to read construction drawings/specs/layout plans.
• Ability to coordinate manpower, equipment, and multiple activities.
• Strong verbal/written communication; able to work with diverse teams.
• OSHA 10 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to multiple foundation crews and Foremen.
• Coordinate laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors across work areas.
• Support Foremen with planning, problem-solving, and field issue resolution.
• Establish daily priorities to align with project schedule and maintain productivity.
• Monitor crew performance and guide improvements to meet schedule.
