Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to field leadership. You will work alongside an experienced Foreman to guide crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; ability to motivate and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams is required.
• Valid driver’s license (unrestricted).
• Knowledge of trade-specific tools and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools and equipment needed before reporting to site.
• Plan on-site activities and assign duties to crew based on time and priority.
• Install products with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion; complete documentation.
