VEIT is seeking a Superintendent/Foreman to manage daily activities on foundation projects in Minneapolis. The role requires overseeing crews responsible for installation of deep foundation systems such as piledriving and micropiles, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

This is a union-based role, requiring some travel and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience overseeing a crew responsible for installation of deep foundation systems.
• 5+ years’ experience with foundation/ground improvement equipment.
• Ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and communication with General Superintendents.
• Monitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Conduct daily Job Hazard Awareness meetings and maintain safety procedures.
