Job summary

Evonik invites a highly motivated engineering graduate to join its two-year Rotational Program in the United States. You will support process optimization, capital projects, and operations excellence across manufacturing and engineering functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve performance and reliability.

Requirements include a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027, willingness to relocate for the program, and

Qualifications

  • BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate for a 2-year program in NA/intl

Responsibilities

  • Support process optimization and capital projects across manufacturing and engineering
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and improve process performance
  • Assist in basic engineering, design documentation, and feasibility studies
  • Contribute to reliability, product quality, and production efficiency improvements
  • Provide technical guidance to operators and support staff as needed
