Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Service Technician to blend hands-on technical work with consultative sales. You’ll inspect and service preexisting foundation systems, present extra solution options, and build lasting relationships with homeowners.

This role offers a competitive base pay with commissions, extensive training, a company car and travel opportunities, and pathways for internal growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Customer relations experience preferred.
• A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' home based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation.
• Perform annual customer maintenance visits and reactive service appointments.
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
• Communicate job status and document completions to Service Manager.
