Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Service Technician to be a trusted advisor, meeting homeowners, assessing needs, and presenting proven systems. You will earn base pay plus commissions while supporting post-installation service and warranty-related work.

Travel to homes, build relationships, recommend products, and ensure safety while maintaining clear documentation. Growth paths and industry-leading training accompany a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships and represent Groundworks professionally.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve installation.
• Perform annual maintenance visits and diagnose/fix issues.
• Document job status and communicate with Service Manager.
