Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Service Technician to combine hands-on knowledge with consultative sales. You’ll meet homeowners, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn base pay plus commissions while delivering trusted solutions for home foundations and water management.

The role includes travel to homes, training, and growth opportunities within a national brand. A valid driver’s license and customer-service focus are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred but not required.
• Customer relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes to inspect and service solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and represent the company.
• Recommend additional products or services as needed.
• Perform annual maintenance visits and diagnose issues.
• Install additional products purchased by the customer.
• Follow safety procedures on all tasks.
• Document job status and communicate with the Service Manager.
• Report to work on time and adhere to shifts.
