Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking a Service Technician who blends hands-on expertise with consultative sales to protect homeowners’ homes. You’ll meet homeowners face-to-face, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn steady pay and commissions while delivering real solutions that you can stand behind.

This role centers on post-installation service, inspecting and servicing company-installed foundations and water management solutions.

Qualifications

1+ year of proven sales experience preferred.
Customer relations experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
Travel to customers' home based on assigned appointments.
Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company.
Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve installation.
Perform annual customer maintenance visits and inspect work completed.
Perform reactive service appointments, diagnose and fix issues.
Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
Examine solutions installed by the company for warranty work.
Communicate job status to Service Manager and customer in a timely manner.
Report to work on time as required.
