Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks Service Technicians who combine hands-on knowledge with consultative sales to protect our customers' homes. You’ll visit homeowners, inspect and service preexisting company-installed foundation repair and water management solutions, and present additional options.

You will receive industry-leading training, use advanced tools, and operate within a national brand.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience preferred but not required.
Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred.
Customer relations experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
Travel to customers' home based on assigned appointments.
Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent the company.
Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation.
Perform annual customer maintenance visits and examine work completed.
Perform reactive service appointments, diagnose and fix issues.
Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
