Job summary

Washington Health is seeking an Operations Manager, Foundation, to lead and improve the Foundation’s operational infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and scalable fundraising operations.

The role oversees donor data in Raiser's Edge NXT, develops dashboards, and partners with leadership to improve efficiency and campaign performance. A strong data mindset and experience in nonprofit fundraising are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years nonprofit operations/related experience.
• Healthcare philanthropy nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
• Staff supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve operational infrastructure: gift processing, reporting, data governance, and SOPs.
• Oversee donor, gift, and pledge data in Raiser's Edge NXT; ensure timely entry and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for fundraising strategy, pipeline, and campaigns.
• Partner with Executive Director to improve fundraising efficiency (CTRD).
• Train staff on database use and data best practices.
• System owner for Raiser's Edge NXT: configuration, reporting, data standards, user support.
