Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced training in nonprofit management or fundraising operations preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in development operations, fundraising systems, or nonprofit data management.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI, data modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with fundraising analytics and executive dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports for real-time fundraising insights.
• Develop analytics tracking revenue, donor retention, acquisition, portfolio performance, and forecasting.
• Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs and translate fundraising strategy into actionable reporting.
• Oversee gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and ensure accurate coding by fund, appeal, and campaign.
