Job summary

GBMC HealthCare in Baltimore seeks a Development Operations and Financial Reporting Manager to handle philanthropic revenue processing, reconciliation, and donor data analytics in Raiser's Edge NXT. You will coordinate donor reporting and data integrity for fundraising initiatives and collaborate with the Finance team on month-end close and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare management.
3-5 years of experience in donor stewardship, data analysis and processing, fundraising operations, or a related development role, preferably a healthcare development setting.
Accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily gift processing and financial reconciliation within the donor database.
Lead donor analytics and reporting to support fundraising performance.
Maintain donor data in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and coordinate data integrity initiatives.
Prepare month-end reports and dashboards for leadership and annual gifting programs.
Collaborate with Finance to produce journal entries and reconcile Foundation activity.
